  23. Firstly, make sure that both the disk caddy and the disk surface are free 
  24. from dust. Dust can affect the effectiveness of the burn. Secondly, make 
  25. sure that the Pinnacle drive used by your friend is supported by the 
  26. MasterISO software. (There is no such drive as the Pinnacle 601).
  27. Lastly, TDK blank disks have proven to be the most reliable from our 
  28. experience.
