- Firstly, make sure that both the disk caddy and the disk surface are free
- from dust. Dust can affect the effectiveness of the burn. Secondly, make
- sure that the Pinnacle drive used by your friend is supported by the
- MasterISO software. (There is no such drive as the Pinnacle 601).
- Lastly, TDK blank disks have proven to be the most reliable from our

- Select the uppercase filename option in the MasterISO program. Also, make
- sure that all of the filenames are in the 8.3 format (used by IBM systems
- prior to Windoze '95)
